Individual Ordering System

In the current economic climate, a number of sports clubs are taking the view that they do not want to be burdened with unnecessary stock of team clothing, yet they still want to look their best on the field of play.

To help clubs achieve these goals, Signature Sports has introduced an Individual Ordering System, which works as follows:

The club chooses the playing, training and leisure wear it wants from our UK Range. (NB. Please note that playing kit only applies to cricket at the moment as we offer soccer playing kit in special team kitbags.)
The club then commits to purchase ONE ITEM ONLY of each product, which we then tailor-make in club colours and with the club logo (plus any other logos as required).
The club then uses those items to promote internally (and also have a size reference).
The club also takes a photo of one of its players in the kit which can be put up on its website and ours.
We then make the items for sale through our website and individual club members then purchase directly from us – as much or as little as each member wants, whenever they want.
Orders are then sent on a regular basis to a single club member (to save postage) for distribution to the individual members. No fuss and reduced club volunteer involvement.

All the UK playing and training wear is tailor-made to order in our contracted UK factory (our UK leisure wear is normally available ex stock) and whilst we won’t always have stock of every item in every size, we will be making regularly as required.

Unlike companies offering a similar service who rely on major brand availability or overseas purchase, we can always make more of the same very quickly to accommodate new members, cup finals etc. You are also guaranteed we can offer the same products next season.

Of course, clubs do have the option of ordering in bulk with a single order in the normal way, in which case there will be the obvious added bonus of a reduced price. The choice is yours.

We believe that this new service will be welcomed by clubs who want tailor-made products, good service and continuity of supply.
